Refund Policy

Card subscriptions bought on vrcverify.com

We do not offer refunds on card subscriptions, including part-used periods and including where a server stopped using the bot partway through a period.

What you can do instead, at any time, through the billing portal linked from your server's Subscriptions page:

• Cancel. The subscription stops renewing. Premium stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. You are not charged again.
• Switch plan. Move between the monthly, six-month and twelve-month plans.

Because cancelling always leaves you with what you paid for, and because the plan and its price are shown before checkout, a refund would be returning money for a period you still have the use of.

Free trials

Where a plan offers a free trial, the length is shown on the plan before you buy. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged at all. If you let it run past the end, the first period is charged and this policy applies to it in the ordinary way.

A trial is available once per server, to servers that have never had Premium by either purchase route.

Subscriptions bought through Discord

If you bought Premium through Discord rather than on this site, Discord took the payment and Discord's refund rules apply. We do not process those payments, cannot refund them, and cannot override Discord's decision. Request a refund through Discord's own support, and manage or cancel the subscription in Discord's User Settings under Subscriptions.

If we are at fault

This policy covers changes of mind. It does not cover our mistakes. If you were charged twice for the same server, charged after cancelling, or charged for a plan you did not buy, email us and we will put it right.

Note that buying Premium on both Discord and this site for the same server results in two live subscriptions, because neither platform can see or cancel the other's. The dashboard warns when it detects this. If it has happened to you, cancel the one you do not want; get in touch if you need help working out which is which.

If we discontinue the service

If we shut VRCVerify down while you have paid for a period that has not finished, we will refund the unused part of it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the law that applies to you as a consumer.

In particular, if you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital services this right ends once supply has begun with your express consent. Premium starts immediately on purchase, and by buying it you ask us to begin straight away and accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once we have. Where that right does still apply to you, it takes precedence over this policy.
